J. Campbell Construction Limited were instructed by Loss Adjusters Crawford & Company Adjusters (UK) ltd to carry out the remedial works. Approx 1m of plaster/render was removed to the ground floor rooms. Skirting boards and architraves were removed . De-humidifiers and fans were then used to dry out the property. After several weeks of monitoring to make sure the walls had properly dried out our team re-plastered, fixed new skirting boards and architraves and decorated the property to bring it back to its former glory. Following a flood caused by freezing pipes in the attick J. Campbell Construction Limited were instructed by Surveyors Smith Watkinson Associates of Stockport to carry out the remedial works. The property suffered extensive damage and required substantial works to repair the damage done. The property was stripped right back to its shell, all the plaster/render, ceilings, floors, kitchen, bathroom, stairs, plumbing and wiring etc were removed. De-humidifiers and blowers etc were left in the property for several weeks. The property was monitored on a regular basis and full records were kept as the property dried out. Once dry the property was completely restored to a very high standard. J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist sub-contractor to install new roof and wall cladding to a new extension at the Gofer waste transfer facility at Abergele in North Wales. We installed Kingspan KS1000RW80 XL Forte Heritage Green RAL 6002 finish roof panels. Kingspan KS1000RW80 XL Forte Heritage Green RAL 6002 finish wall panels were installed. The vertically laid wall panels were fixed from a MEWP. We installed the QBM Soter fall arrest system to the new roof. Please check out our Fall Arrest section. Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements. In addition all our personnel hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) Training Cards as evidence of appropriate training for work on all UK construction sites. J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the new build extension at Golden Sands Holiday Park at Kinmel Bay near Rhyl in North Wales Kingspan KS1000LP Low pitch roof panels and Kingspan KS1000MR horizontally laid wall cladding panels were installed on this project. This was a particularly difficult project due to the close proximity of a fragile asbestos cement roof and the extremely short program. The project specific problems required both experience and careful planning to ensure that the Client received his building on time. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works Before the commencement of any work J. Following our successful cladding installation at KFC, Rhuddlan near Rhyl J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the new KFC fast food restaurant at Holyhead, Anglesey, North Wales. As was the case at Rhuddlan there was a very tight program on this project. We worked very closely with the main contractor and other sub-contractors to ensure that the building was handed over on time. Kingspan KS1000MR horizontally laid wall cladding panels in HPS200 Hamlet RAL 9002 were installed on this project. Galvanised decking sheets were installed to the roof. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works.
