Refurbishment, Repairs and Maintenance

We have many years experience carrying out repairs and maintenance to industrial buildings.  We have carried out work for The Welsh Development Agency, Conwy County Borough Council, Flintshire County Council, Anglesey County Council and various private landlords on many Industrial Estates throughout North Wales including, Wrexham, Deeside, Bangor, Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Llangefni, Amlwch, Chirk, Corwen, Colwyn Bay, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Dolgellau etc.

As a result we have gained a vast knowledge of the problems inherent to roof/cladding systems, resulting in improved diagnosis and more effective remedial measures.

We have vast experience of carrying out reinstatement works often necessary when tenants vacate or carry out alterations on industrial premises.  Our experience means we can in most cases identify existing cladding system and profiles etc which in turn means we can match existing cladding when reinstatement is required.

Quite often tired old buildings can easily be transformed simply by over-roofing/cladding. Over-roofing /cladding is often a preferred as this usually is the most cost effective option and causes least disruption when a building is in use.
