Recent projects include remedial works to flood damaged properties in Gloucestershire and North Wales.

Following a flood caused by freezing pipes in the attick J. Campbell Construction
Limited were instructed by Surveyors Smith Watkinson Associates of Stockport to carry out the remedial works at a house near Corwen. The property suffered extensive damage and required substantial works to repair the damage done.

The property was stripped right back to its shell, all the plaster/render, ceilings, floors, kitchen, bathroom, stairs, plumbing and wiring etc were removed.

De-humidifiers and blowers etc were left in the property for several weeks. The property

was monitored on a regular basis and full records were kept as the property dried out.

Once dry the property was completely restored to a very high standard. We worked very closely with the property owner and the surveyors to ensure that the job was done as quickly as possible to the required specification and at the right cost.
