J. Campbell Construction Limited installed Kingspan KingZip stucco embossed mill finish aluminium  standing seam insulated roof panels to the roof and Kingspan KS1000LP horizontally laid wall panels to the walls at Bryn-y-Neuadd Hospital at Llanfairfechan in North Wales. The wall panels were 140mm thick and over 6m long and were lifted into place by a crane using suction lifting equipment. This method of lifting panels into place speeds up installation time and reduces the risk of injury by reducing manual handling Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements. In addition all our personnel hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) Training Cards as evidence of appropriate training for work on all UK construction sites. Cefndy Road, Rhyl.

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the new build factory units at Cefndy Road, Rhyl, North Wales. The roof and wall cladding were a site assembled built up system. The system consisted of 0.4mm bright white finish liner panels, galvanised steel spacer bar system with fibreglass wool insulation to the cavity and 0.7mm thick plastisol coated (Goosewing Grey BS 10A05) outer sheets. Flashings were supplied in plastisol coated (Black BS 00E53) steel. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works. Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements. J. Campbell Construction Limited installed Kingspan KS1000LP Low Pitch roof panels at the new Energy & Fabrication Building at Coleg Menai in Llangefni, North Wales. The Kingspan Low pitch roof panels are secret fix.  XL Forte Goosewing Grey BS10A05 finish panels were supplied for this project. Kingspan KS1000LP wall panels were installed. The wall panels were 140mm thick and over 6m long. The panels were lifted into place using a mini-crane equipped with suction lifting equipment. The wall panels supplied for this project have a Spectrum Basalt RAL 7012 finish. Polyester powder coated aluminium bullnose fascias were supplied in Goosewing grey BS 10A05. Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements. Excelsior Technologies, Deeside

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the roof alteration works at Excelsior Technologies, Deeside, Queensferry. When Excelsior Technologies made the decision to invest in new printing machinery it became apparent that two areas of the existing building would need to have the roof raised to accommodate the new plant. J. Campbell Construction Limited worked very closely with the Main Contractor (R.L. Davies & Son Limited) and the steelwork sub-contractor (Westhead Welding Fabricators Limited) to a very tight schedule to ensure that the building was ready on time to receive both the machinery (shipped from the USA) and the machinery installation team that were coming from Germany. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works. Falcon House, Bodelwyddan

J. Campbell Construction Limited installed Kingspan KS1000RW80 roof panels and KS1000RW60 wall panels to an extension at Falcon House, Bodelwyddan in North Wales. The roof panels, wall panels, flashings and rainwater goods were all supplied in XL Forte Vandyke Brown BS 08B29. The roof and wall panels were all lifted into place using suction lifting equipment. The suction lifting equipment speeds up the time of installation and reduces the risk of injury to operatives when manual handling. Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements.
