Montgomery Spring Water, Churchstoke

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the new build plant at Montgomery Natural Spring Water at Churchstoke, Powys, Mid Wales. 80mm thick insulated panels in plastisol coated (Merlin Grey BS 18B29) were installed on the roof. The wall cladding required a food safe finish. 0.7 mm thick plastisol coated (Merlin Grey18B29 and Goosewing Grey BS 10A05) were fixed to the outer face of the cladding rails. Bright white finish liner panels were fixed to the internal face of the cladding rails. The outer wall cladding was fixed first providing weather protection. Paper backed rockwool insulation was then fixed to the inner side of the external cladding before the food safe liner panels were fixed. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works. Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements. In addition all our personnel hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) Training Cards as evidence of appropriate training for work on all UK construction sites. Peoples Ford, Liverpool

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the Showroom refurbishment at Peoples Ford in Liverpool. This was a particularly challenging project as the Client remained open for business for the duration of the works. We had to liase closely with The Main Contractor, other Sub Contractors and Demolition Crews etc to ensure the smooth running of the works. Kingspan KS1000MR100 horizontally laid wall cladding panels in Spectrum Metallic  Silver RAL 9006 and Spectrum Anthracite RAL 7016 were installed on this project. The vertically laid over-cladding panels to the workshop and sub-station were Kingspan KS1000FC in Spectrum Metallic Silver RAL 9006. Flashings were supplied in a combination of Metallic Silver RAL 9006 and Anthracite RAL 7016. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works Before the commencement of any work J. Cycle Citi, Bangor

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as the preferred specialist cladding contractor to undertake the complete refurbishment of the roof and wall cladding including cold rolled purlins and sheeting rails at Cycle Citi, Bangor. The existing asbestos cement roof and steel wall cladding was removed and replaced with Kingspan insulated panels giving a tired old building a brand new lease of life. Kingspan KS1000RW80 roof panels with a Goosewing Grey BS 10A05 finish were installed. Kingspan KS1000RW60 vertically laid  panels with an Albatross BS 18B17 finish were installed. Flashings to the verge, gutter cap flashings and drips were supplied in Wedgewood blue BS 18C37. Before the commencement of any work J. Campbell Construction Limited will produce all necessary Risk Assessments and Method Statements in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements. All our personnel are fully trained for this type of asbestos removal work and have the required Category B UKATA Training Certification. Alwen Water Treatment Works, Alwen

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the new RGF and MCC buildings at Alwen Water Treatment Works in Cerrigydrudion, North Wales. Corus Trisomet 333 roof panels (80mm thick) and wall cladding panels (60mm thick) were installed on both buildings. The roof panels, wall panels and flashings were all supplied in Merlin Grey BS 18B25. Bryn-y-Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan

J. Campbell Construction Limited installed Kingspan KingZip stucco embossed mill finish aluminium  standing seam insulated roof panels to the roof and Kingspan KS1000LP horizontally laid wall panels to the walls at Bryn-y-Neuadd Hospital at Llanfairfechan in North Wales. The wall panels were 140mm thick and over 6m long and were lifted into place by a crane using suction lifting equipment. This method of lifting panels into place speeds up installation time and reduces the risk of injury by reducing manual handling Before the commencement of any work J. Cefndy Road, Rhyl.

J. Campbell Construction Limited were employed as specialist cladding sub-contractor for the new build factory units at Cefndy Road, Rhyl, North Wales. The roof and wall cladding were a site assembled built up system. The system consisted of 0.4mm bright white finish liner panels, galvanised steel spacer bar system with fibreglass wool insulation to the cavity and 0.7mm thick plastisol coated (Goosewing Grey BS 10A05) outer sheets. Flashings were supplied in plastisol coated (Black BS 00E53) steel. All the required lifting equipment, access, roof edge protection and safety nets etc were in place to ensure full safety for our employees and other site operatives for the duration of the works.
